If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused, unworn, undamaged condition, and in original tags and packaging.  All returns are subject to an inspection, and used products will be returned to sender.  Please note that return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns, please contact hello@kinwell.co with your order number.  When returning your product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.  We are not responsible for lost items. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your card or bank statement. Please note that all items marked "Final Sale", and all items marked as "Minor Defect" sold either on our site or at an event are not available for return or exchange.  No exceptions.
